Box Type Powder Coating Furnaces

The cooking oven is designed to minimize heat losses. The oven will be installed and assembled on the chassis. The space between the two walls of the cooking oven will be insulated with an insulation material of 160 mm 70/kg m3 density. The part coming to the inside of the panels will be insulated with ROCK WOOL. The side walls of the oven are in the form of sandwich panels, and the part coming to the outside will be covered with electrostatic powder paint on GALVANIZED sheet metal. The part coming into the inner part of the oven will be GALVANIZED sheet.

There are radial type fans that blow hot air into the cooking oven. Inside the oven, there are adjustable aluminum grilles on the air ducts. HEAT UNIT A heat unit to be mounted at the back of the oven will be designed to increase the oven temperature from +5 C to 250 C. There is a turbine fan in the combustion chamber that sends the heat into the furnace. Between the two walls of the thermoblock, 160 mm is insulated with 850 C resistant rock wool. Heating is provided by LPG.

Circulation fan digital temperature indicator, motors directing capacitor, thermal, TSE guaranteed cable will be used.
